Mr. Moorehead was appointed as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer effective October 1, 2018. Mr. Moorehead brings more than 25 years of experience in the retail consumer products industry, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Etcetera LLC, from 2015 through 2018. From 2013 through 2015, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Dana Beauty, Inc. From 1991 to 2013 he served in various capacities at Avon Products, Inc., including, among other positions, as VP, Strategy and Digital, for North America, President and Chairman of Avon Japan, and President of Avon Canada. Mr. Moorehead received his Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing from Boston College.

Mr. Jones, age 52, most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at FullSpeed Automotive, an international automotive aftermarket repair company with over 700 locations since January 2022. Prior to that role, Mr. Jones served as Chief Financial Officer of three different private equity owned, direct-to-consumer companies. From January 2020 until August 2021, he was CFO of West Marine, from February 2018 until February 2019, he served as CFO and COO of 1-800 Contacts, and from December 2015 until February 2018 he was CFO of Backcountry.com. Prior to 2015, Mr. Jones served in senior leadership roles at various retail and direct-to-consumer brands including Amazon.com, Limited Brands, and Yum! Brands. Mr. Jones holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Brower was appointed the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in December 2017. Prior to his appointment as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Mr. Brower served as the Company’s Senior Director, Legal Counsel from May 2015 to December 2017. He was previously Associate General Counsel at LifeVantage, Inc., a publicly-traded network marketing company, from July 2011 until May 2015. Prior to his time at LifeVantage, Mr. Brower was a securities and corporate attorney in private practice at a large multinational law firm. Mr. Brower received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Weber State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho.

Vallen Blackburn joined Nature’s Sunshine in July 2016 and was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Latin America in January 2022. In his previous roles he helped build Nature’s Sunshine’s Synergy business and developed key business intelligence strategies for the North America business unit. Mr. Blackburn brings over 25 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies and others, including Eaton Corporation, ITT Corporation and Danaher. He has used his experience executing financial and operational strategies to develop a track record of successfully driving revenue and profitability. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and is also a licensed CPA.

Ms. Comstock has served as the Company's Vice President, Human Resources since January 2018. From September 2016 to November 2017, Ms. Comstock was Vice President of Human Resources at Younique, LLC, a leading online peer-to-peer social selling platform in makeup and skincare products. From May 2013 to September 2016, Ms. Comstock held senior human resources positions at Young Living Essential Oils, Weave and Sun Edison. She has also served as the President and as a member of the Board of Directors of Salt Lake SHRM, a human resources organization in Utah. Ms. Comstock received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University.

Named Global Chief Marketing Officer of Nature’s Sunshine in October 2023, Sarah Crockett is a seasoned marketing executive with over two decades of experience in high-performance organizations. With a proven track record of building lifestyle brands, driving digital and omni-channel strategies, and attracting next-gen consumers, she brings a new level of consumer focus and rigor to Nature’s Sunshine. Crockett joins Nature’s Sunshine from VF Corporation where she was the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Dickies. In addition to previously serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Backcountry.com and Burton Snowboards, she has also held senior marketing positions at REI, Vans, Lucky Brand, and Von Dutch. Crockett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University of Los Angeles and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Stance and Rumpl.

Mr. Gonzalez joins Nature's Sunshine from Bowery Farming, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Excellence and helped build vertical farms in the US. Prior to Bowery Farming, he served as Vice President Supply Chain and Operations North America for Cerelia North America (formerly Sara Lee), where he implemented a new ERP, optimized the network footprint and delivered significant savings through supply chain improvements. Gonzalez also held numerous leadership roles over nine years at Molson Coors/SABMiller where he led end-to-end operations across Peru, Canada and the U.S. He spent the first 15 years of his career in various global positions at Unilever.

Having joined Nature’s Sunshine as Executive Vice President, President North America in June 2023, Kevin Herbert brings over 25 years of global experience in leading transformation and growth. He has served in numerous executive and senior leadership positions for well-known companies like Samsung, Borden, Hain Celestial, White Wave Foods and Procter & Gamble where he built high-performing teams to drive business growth. Kevin joined Nature’s Sunshine from Crossmark, where he led their Natural Specialty Channel to realize significant year-over-year growth. Kevin will lead his team to drive sustainable growth, expand the company’s specialty retail and digital footprint, and build the next generation of nutritional health practitioners. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Finance, Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration of the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Lanoy was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer in January 2023. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Lanoy served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer since September 2022. Mr. Lanoy served as Corporate Controller for the Company from March 2011 to September 2022. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Lanoy was with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Lanoy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Weber State University.

Mr. Norman serves as Executive Vice President, President Asia. Prior to this role, he served as President of Synergy Worldwide since September 2007. Prior to serving as President at Synergy his roles included Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Information Systems. Prior to joining Synergy, Mr. Norman served as a Senior Manager of European Operations at Tahitian Noni International from 1998 through September 2004.

Mr. Yates currently serves as Executive Vice President, President-Europe. Prior to this Mr. Yates has served as President-RCEE & Wholesale, Executive Director-International of Nature’s Sunshine, Director-International-Europe/Middle East and General Manager of Nature’s Sunshine Products of Russia, an affiliate of the Company. Mr. Yates has been employed by the Company since 1999.
